Antibody conjugation
Purified antibodies are labeled on request either with enzymes (HRP and AP) or with fluorogens (FITC or PE). Optimized procedures guarantee preservation of immunological reactivity and enzymatic activity. Alternatively, antibodies are biotinylated. Conjugates are purified by chromatography or dialysis and tested by immunoassay.
