Gastrointestinal infections
All Serazym® ELISA kits use HRP-labelled antibodies produced by a modified coupling technique originally described by WILSON and NAKANE (1978). Antibodies of high affinity or their binding fragments enable short incubation periods. Ready-to-use and colour coded reagents minimize time-consuming handling procedures.
All Serazym® ELISA kits can be easily adapted to ELISA processors due to their uniform sample dilution, uniform incubation times, temperature and standard curves.
Storage: at 2 ... 8 °C
Stability: 12-18 months, when opened 8 weeks at 2...8 °C
