Animal immunoglobulins

Antibodies of IgG or IgM isotypes from different species can be quantified by two-site EIAs (double sandwich ELISAs) in cell culture supernatants or other biological materials. The assays cover a broad dynamic range combined with high sensitivity and high precision. The antibodies used in these assays are purified by affinity chromatography on insolu­bilized antibodies of other species or isotypes to avoid interspecies or isotype cross reactivities.
